Aisha Case

Facts: A salesman at a bakery shop, Akmal, attempted rape of a 9-years-old minor girl. FIR No. 45/2021 U/S 376/511 of the PPC had been lodged at Hyderi Market Police Station.

Judgment: The accused was  convicted and sentenced to five-year imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 10,000.
