Jia Ali Case

Fact: The accused, Adnan alias Danish at around 2:00 am knocked at the victim’s door, he proceeded to intoxicate the victim, aged 15-years, and forcibly took her to the ground floor of the same building where they lived and subsequently raped her.

Judgement: Xth ADSJ West acquitted the accused on the benefit of the doubt. FIR No. 372/20 was lodged in P.S Ittehad Town.
