Facts: The victim’s step-father attempted rape several times at night for last 4 months. The victim was a minor aged only 7-years.

Judgement: The accused Ashraf was sentenced to 3-years imprisonment for offence punishable under section 376/511 of the PPC. FIR No. 360/20 had been lodged at P.S Iqbal Market.
