Reema Case

Facts: A minor girl of just 3 and half years age was brutally tortured and sexually abused by the accused, Naeem, in Mehran Town, Korangi. Her injuries were critical and dangerous to life.

Judgment: Xth ADSJ West, Irshad Hussain sentenced the accused Naeem 14-year imprisonment for offence punishable under sections 376 (111) 337-A, 337-L (1) and 364-A of the PPC and imposed a fine of Rs. 100,000. In case of failure in payment of fine, the accused shall further undergo imprisonment for the period of six month. FIR No. 660/17 was lodged in P.S KIA.
