Services We Offer

We offer advice and consultation in relation to all cases of rape and sexual assault, including but not limited to, victims of acid attack within the province of Sindh and in some special cases in other provinces if those cases relate to the High Court and Supreme Court. Our services include free legal aid and advice to register F.I.R.s, assistance in medico legal examinations, as well as, legal representation throughout the case. We appear in connected or related cases to the main rape or sexual assault matters (e.g. bail matters, counter cases by the accused against the victim or their families, cases including constitutional petitions for protection of the victim and their family) relating to rape or sexual assault, either before the subordinate courts, High Court or Supreme Court of Pakistan.
