Baby Kainat Rape and Murder Case (Special Case No. 1021/2018)

The victim, a seven year old child who lived in Sachal Goth with her elder sister was raped and murdered. The accused is sister’s brother in law.

In the Judgement by Naseem Akhtar, Judge concluded that the Prosecution had proven its case against the accused persons and they were convicted under Section 302(b)/34 PPC and sentenced to die.
