Bakhtawar Case

Facts: A 9-years old minor girl was forcibly raped by her school Security Guard/Chowkidar, Abdul Ghani when all children including teachers etc. had gone from the school after the last sports period.

Judgement: Xth ADSJ West sentenced the accused Abdul Ghani 10-years of imprisonment for an offence punishable under Section 376 of the PPC, and imposed a fine of Rs200,000. In case of failure in payment of fine the accused shall further undergo simple imprisonment for the period of six month. P.S Mochko had registered FIR No. 131/19.
