Facts: The 11-year-old victim was forcibly raped and sodomized by her father several times. FIR No. 832/2019 had been lodged at the Model Colony police station.

Judgment: Malir Additional District & Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Javed Hyder Phulpoto sentenced 14-years of rigorous imprisonment to accused Shahid Hussain for offences punishable under sections 376 and 377 of the PPC and imposed a fine of Rs100,000.
